Things in Jars at Commonsense
I am researching the New Zealand made products that are kept in jars at Commonsense Organics to get an idea of how many businesses are out there that our service could cater to if we scaled up.
Ceres Organics has a large range of jars for their various products. They are based in Auckland.
Doctors Choice Bio Yoghurt is based in Christchurch. The plastic pots could potentially be sanitised and refilled.
Chantal Organics is based in the Hawkes Bay.
Niugini Coconut oil is based in Auckland. Interesting lids that are attached to the jars.
Raglan coconut youghurt is made in Raglan, and interestingly they buy their jars from O-I New Zealand, the glass recycler that we have been researching.
Waiheke Herbs is made on Waiheke Island.
Be Nourished is New Zealand made, but I couldn't find out specifically where it is produced other than that it is in the upper North Island. They have a lot of different flavours in the same sized jars.
Cathedral Cove Naturals is produced in Auckland.
Daily Organics brewery is located in Katakana, north of Auckland. Although not glass, their bottles could be sterilised and reused if they came back in good condition.
Kombucha King is based in Puketapu, just west of Napier. Their plastic bottles may also be able to be sterilised and reused.
Zany Zeus is based in Lower Hutt. They have plastic packaging for their dairy products, but it could potentially be sterilised and refilled for sale.
