In response to the information that you provided us with in your last email, we have pivoted our idea. We propose to be a distributer who purchases frozen pellets of pet food to be resold in bulk freezer bins at Bin Inns or boutique grocery stores local to the pet food producer. Customers would bring their own containers to fill from the bulk bin of frozen pellets, thus helping to combat the issue of pet food packaging waste and tying into the zero waste and buying local trends. 

The benefits of this system to the pet food producer include: No investment costs, saving money on packaging, aligning with an environmentally friendly initiative, opening up to a new customer base, and being seen as a forward thinking company. 

We acknowledge that glass jars are a big business risk, and we think that this revised proposal will begin to solve the issue we are tackling without the pet food supplier having to make a big investment. We also acknowledge that the pet food suppliers branding and nutritional information would need to be displayed on the freezer to recognize the producer of the food. 

Our questions for you are: 

- Would you be interested in being involved in a concept like this? 

- If, hypothetically, you were supplying a bulk lot of food at wholesale cost to another service business, can you give us a rough estimate of how much you would charge for frozen pellets. 

- Where is your factory located?
