We are hoping that one of these companies will be keen to answer our questions.

"To whom it may concern,

We are a group of Massey University Design Researchers developing a potential new service for a more environmentally friendly, closed loop system of packaging pet food to reduce the amount of waste created by the pet food industry.

Our idea involves packaging an existing company’s pet food in glass jars, which our business will recollect, sterilize and return to the pet food producer for reuse.

We would appreciate your help to gauge interest in our proposed system and in finding answers to our questions regarding the pet food industry in order to develop our concept into a business pitch.

We would appreciate an indication of whether you think this system has potential, and if not what you would need to see to validate it. If you would be willing to answer some questions regarding existing packaging systems and potentially help us develop our idea please do let us know.
